First let me say straight up that it wasn't me saying legend that was locals who saw the news reports, one has to bear the critical eye I guess.
I did not want to get any more skin cancers so I always wear a good sunhat outdoors cycling. The Police think I should not do that because I must use a plastic helmet when on the roads.

Well I wondered if they were aware of the risk, no, they are Law enforcement officers, not outdoor safety experts. Well ok, I have
already spoken to leading workplace safety officers who seem to agree with me. I told the police they can shove the bicycle helmet where the sun don't shine.
Fast forward 2 years... I was arrested late in the afternoon, after calling on 2 local media outlets where I produced a Stanly knife that
was attached to a lanyard hanging around my neck. I was attempting to convey the fact that I was being forced to endanger my
own safety by the police so I was forced to carry a self protection item.
After many fines for fail to use a bicycle helmet I'd had enough. I have to sue the recommended sun hat outdoors due to the high risk
of skin cancer. Statistically cycling is a very safe activity when compared to other sports.
